Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

  1. 1. General

    This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all payments made by Drivers, Fleet Partners (“you”) to Swaraaj Solutions LLP (“Swaraaj”) through the Swaraaj Driver App.

    By making a payment on the Swaraaj Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy.


    2. Subscription Fees

    • All Subscription Fees paid to access Swaraaj Services are non-refundable, whether partially or fully, once the Subscription is activated or renewed.

    • Subscriptions are automatically renewed upon expiry (where auto-debit is authorized).

    • If you do not wish to continue with auto-renewal, you may disable auto-debit from your bank account or contact your issuing bank to revoke the authorization.

    • In exceptional cases such as duplicate transactions or technical errors resulting in an incorrect charge, Swaraaj may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


    3. Wallet Top-Ups

    • Wallet Top-Ups made to your Swaraaj Driver App wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • The Wallet Balance can only be used within the Swaraaj App for applicable deductions such as Tech Fees or service-related payments.

    • In case of any failed or pending top-up transaction where funds are deducted from your bank but not credited to your Swaraaj wallet, please contact swaraaj@swaraaj.co.in with the transaction details.
      Swaraaj will verify such claims and process a refund or wallet credit (as applicable) within 7–10 working days after verification.


    4. Tech Fee Deductions

    Tech Fees are automatically deducted from the Driver’s wallet for each completed trip based on fare calculation.
    Since these are transaction-linked deductions and part of completed service usage, such amounts are not eligible for refund.


    5. Cancellations

    • Drivers may choose to stop using Swaraaj Services at any time by discontinuing their subscription.

    • Cancellation of Subscription will stop future auto-debits but will not entitle you to any refund for the current active period.


    6. Double Payments or Erroneous Charges

    In the event of duplicate payment, incorrect deduction, or a verified technical error at Swaraaj or its payment gateway, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 7–10 working days after validation.


    7. Refund Processing Timelines

    All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
    Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically reflect within 7–10 business days after Swaraaj’s approval.
